Hannah Rich joins Helen Jones on BBC Radio Merseyside to discuss the ‘Mo Salah effect’ and public expressions of faith in football. 09/06/2019

In the aftermath of Liverpool’s Champions League victory, Theos researcher Hannah Rich talks to Helen Jones on BBC Radio Merseyside’s Daybreak programme. The conversation covers the multiple public expressions of faith made by Liverpool Football Club’s players and manager Jürgen Klopp. In particular, Hannah Rich discusses the ‘Mo Salah effect’, how the public faith of Liverpool’s star player has helped to reduce Islamophobia in the local area.
