Sacrifice, forgiveness and hope are among three of the virtues that often form the cornerstones of religions around the world.

Now they have been included in a guide for modern-day atheists, along with others including confidence, humour and resilience.

Mishal Husain talked to Elizabeth Oldfield, from Christian think-tank Theos, and philosopher Alain de Botton, author of The Ten Virtues for the Modern Age - a Manifesto for Atheists.
