Executive Assistant, Central London

£25k + competitive benefits package

Theos is seeking to hire a self-motivated, proactive and well organised full-time Executive Assistant to provide all round administrative support to the Director of Theos and her busy team. You will assist in the smooth running of our research projects and events programme. You will need to maintain a highly professional and effective office environment, act as the pivotal point of contact and meet and greet visitors from an array of backgrounds. Working in a busy research environment, you’ll have a high degree of computer literacy, a keen eye for detail and the capacity to develop research, editorial and writing skills.

It is imperative that you can prioritise and work to tight deadlines, analyse problems and find efficient solutions using your own initiative. You’ll enjoy working as part of a team and will carry out duties with good humour, tact and diplomacy!
